Step 1 of 3
Where is your week actually going?
Bring in this week's calendar and we'll show you, through Covey's Time Management Matrix, how much of it is reactive vs. strategic — then help you schedule the 5 Wize Daily Non-Negotiables.
Your calendar data is used only to generate this analysis in your session.
How to take a screenshot of your calendar
Open your calendar on the weekly view with all events for this week visible, then capture just that area:
- Mac: press ⇧ ⌘ 4 then drag a box around the calendar grid. The image saves to your Desktop.
- Windows: press ⊞ Win + Shift + S, drag to select the calendar, then save the snip.
- iPhone / iPad: open your calendar app on the week view and screenshot ( Side + Vol Up).
- Android: open your calendar and press Power + Vol Down.
Tip: clearer text = better analysis. Make sure event titles are readable before you capture, and crop tightly to just the week grid.
About this framework
Stephen Covey's Time Management Matrix maps every activity on two axes: Urgency (requires immediate attention) and Importance (contributes to your values and long-term goals).
Effective people deliberately invest in Quadrant 2 — important but not urgent work — because it shrinks tomorrow's crises. As Covey put it: "The key is not to prioritize your schedule, but to schedule your priorities."

Your calendar data is private & temporary
We know your calendar contains sensitive information — client names, internal meetings, and personal appointments. We designed this tool so that data is not stored in our database.
For each image you upload, we extract only the event titles and times needed for the analysis. We do not keep the photo. Once you finish, the calendar connection or uploaded image is removed and any session data is deleted.
If you connect Google or Outlook, access is one-time and revoked as soon as the analysis is complete. No information is shared or sold.
